Over the years, I have come to grow in knowledge, around issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, marital issues, perinatal and post-partum depression, and family dynamics.
My therapy focus is centered on helping clients gain awareness into what issues are contributing to their mental health difficulties, coming up with problem solving approaches, and proactively teaching clients techniques that they can use in their daily lives. I use techniques centered around CBT, DBT, and ACT, among others.
