Therapist Statement

I've had the privilege to work for non-profit organizations and in a dual diagnosis clinic. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have extensive experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and intergenerational trauma. I also have experience working with substance use and co-occurring diagnosis.

I believe my background as a first generation U.S. born and growing up with parents from Guatemala and El Salvador and living in Guatemala for 4 years helps me understand the Latine and the BIPOC community in a unique way. I provide decolonized therapy, client centered therapy, EMDR therapy, and mostly work as an eclectic psychotherapist.
