As a dedicated Christian Psychotherapist with almost a decade of experience, I am committed to providing compassionate and faith-based mental health support to children, adults and families. My approach to psychotherapy integrates the principles of psychology with Christian values and beliefs to help clients navigate life's challenges while drawing upon their spiritual faith for strength and guidance. I offer one on one counseling sessions to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based psychological techniques while integrating Christian principles and values. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, strengthen their faith, and work towards emotional and spiritual well-being. I specialize in trauma-informed care, helping clients heal from past traumatic experiences while incorporating Christian principles of forgiveness, redemption, and restoration into the therapeutic process. Together, we explore scripture and prayer as tools for healing, personal growth, and finding purpose in life's challenges.
